BUSINESS PLANS

A business plan is a document that describes your business, its objectives and strategies, the market you are targeting and your financial forecast. When dealing with banks or territorial organizations that can provide funding, a business plan is critical. In addition, business planning will help set realistic goals, determine which licenses and regulators you need to deal with, and measure your success. 

Each business plan prepared by Nunavut Bookkeeping will include the following:

• Company Description

• Market Analysis (competitors)

• Organization and Management

• Service or Product line (What is sold? What is the benefit? Product life cycle?)

• Marketing and Sales Strategy

• Funding and financing

• Financial projections
